Rule 217
Attorney General to Express Opinion
(1) If the Speaker deems it necessary to seek the opinion of the Attorney General in accordance with Article 158 of the Constitution of Nepal regarding any legal question, he shall allow the Attorney General to appear in the House and express his opinion. (2) The opinion expressed in accordance with sub-rule (1) shall not be discussed. (3) ) The process of expressing opinions according to sub-rule (1) shall be as determined by the chairman.
